This role will focus on gathering market insights, competitor activity, customer trends, channel developments, and commercial opportunities within the
Thailand / China markets and broader APAC region.

Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research across the medical aesthetics and healthcare sectors.
- Monitor competitor activity across injectables, fillers, toxins, devices, skincare, and adjacent categories.
- Track product launches, pricing movements, partnerships, marketing campaigns, and channel strategies.
- Perform market sizing, segmentation, growth trend analysis, and whitespace opportunity mapping.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, distributors, clinics, physicians, or other stakeholders where required.
- Analyze consumer behavior, physician demand trends, and market adoption patterns.
- Build regular market intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Support ad hoc projects including market entry studies, competitor benchmarking, portfolio reviews, and opportunity assessments.
- Translate research findings into practical commercial recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, consulting, strategy, insights, or competitive intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of the Thailand or China healthcare / medical aesthetics market.
- Experience researching sectors such as injectables, skincare, beauty, devices, pharmaceuticals, wellness, or consumer healthcare preferred.
- Familiarity with leading global and regional players such as Merz, Galderma, Allergan/AbbVie, Hugel, Classys, Bloomage, Imeik, and other market participants is a plus.
- Strong desk research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise insights and recommendations.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Thai or Mandarin required (depending on market focus); strong English communication preferred
