We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter / Talent Partner based in Thailand for a milestone-based engagement. The selected individual will support talent identification and onboarding across multiple domains by leveraging local networks and sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard Linguistic Experts (Translators, Interpreters, Localization Specialists)
- Source STEM Professionals (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- Identify Subject Matter Experts across domains such as Education, Healthcare, Business, Law, Finance, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability and alignment with project requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress against defined milestones
Requirements
- Based in Thailand with a strong understanding of the local talent market
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timelines
