Position: Fresh graduate : Research and Development
Work location:Samut Sakhon / Songkla
To ensure products meet safety, regulatory, and company standards through inspections, testing of ingredients/products, documenting findings, and resolve issues, focus on GMP/HACCP compliance, process monitoring, and maintain traceability to prevent recalls and build consumer trust. Responsibilities range from routine sampling and data recording for technicians to developing systems and leading teams for managers.
Responsibility
- Conduct research, literature reviews, and patent scoping to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop new functional/ fumular by-products.
- Explore novel processing technologiestranslating the innovation project briefs into product development sequence that is required for successful implementation of the project – on time and within cost targets.
- Collaborate with Innohub and Regional R&D colleagues, Brand Marketing teams, Factory Quality Assurance and Operations teams to support relevant new product launches.
Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree and above in Food Science and Technology or a related field will be given special consideration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP).
Able to work on Saturday or every other Saturday (depends on location)
