They are seeking a talented and experiencedFront-End Developerwith a strong background in designing and developing user interfaces for both mobile applications and desktop platforms. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of front-end development. This role requires proficiency in Figma, as well as strong skills in creating interactive prototypes for reviewing and implementing designs.
As a key member of their development team, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly, and visually stunning products.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design with front-end development.
- Implement and optimize front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Advocate for best practices in front-end development.
- Stay current with emerging development trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of front-end technologies such asHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring designs look and function beautifully on a wide variety of devices and screen sizes.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and the ability to maintain consistency in design across various platforms.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience in designing inclusive, accessible user interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments such as startups or tech companies.
- Familiarity with back-end development concepts and an understanding of how front-end design integrates with back-end services.
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for design processes, style guides, and user flows.
