Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time or Long-term Contract

Role Overview

The Front of House Trainer is responsible for delivering practical, job-ready service training for hospitality roles. This role focuses on preparing trainees to perform confidently in real restaurant and caf environments from day one. Training is demand-led and aligned with confirmed employer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver FOH training modules covering service standards, guest interaction, order taking, hygiene, and professionalism
  • Adapt training methods for migrant and multilingual learners
  • Conduct basic skills assessments and placement-readiness checks
  • Align training content with employer requirements in coordination with the Head Trainer
  • Track attendance, completion, and readiness outcomes
  • Support refresher or pre-placement training when required
  • Occasionally assist with on-site employer orientation or feedback sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality service (restaurant, caf, hotel, or QSR)
  • Experience supervising or training staff preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on, practical teaching approach
  • Thai language required; basic English communication preferred
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
