Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located at Radisson Hotel Don Mueang Bangkok. The Front Office Manager will oversee front office operations, coordinate daily activities, and ensure optimal customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising front office staff, resolving guest inquiries and issues, managing reservations, and maintaining smooth communication between departments. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Front Office operations and Office Administration
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise with a strong focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to manage and train staff effectively
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service
