We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at The Standard, Hua Hin. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth daily Front Office operations, and supporting business performance through strong leadership, commercial awareness, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Front Office operations, including reception, guest relations, concierge, and night operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team to deliver warm, confident, and personalized service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and accurate room management.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, Revenue, and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
- Monitor departmental performance, costs, upselling, productivity, and service standards.
- Support revenue opportunities through upselling, guest engagement, and effective room inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar role in a hotel or resort.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand hotel performance, revenue opportunities, cost control, productivity, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Thai and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of front office systems and hotel operations.
- Guest-focused, hands-on, and able to work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a passion for lifestyle hospitality.
- Must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
