About Paw House

Paw House is a cage-free dog hotel and daycare in the heart of Bangkok. We offer overnight boarding, daycare, pet taxi, swimming, and professional grooming - all built around one belief: every dog is an individual and deserves care designed around them.

Our team of 21 works together daily to deliver thoughtful, enrichment-driven experiences for dogs and genuine peace of mind for their owners. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to join us at our new Sathorn location.

The Role

As our Front of House Administrator, you're the heartbeat of daily operations - the first face customers see, the person keeping the schedule running, and the link between pet parents, dog handlers, drivers, and groomers. You make sure every dog is cared for and every owner feels like a partner.

This role is entry-level - we'll train you on everything - but it's not a passive job. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Open and close the facility; manage daily schedules, calendars, and checklists
  • Oversee check-ins and check-outs for all dogs (in-person and pet taxi)
  • Be the main point of contact for pet parents via Line Official Account - handling inquiries, bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate pet taxi routes, driver logistics, and grooming appointments
  • Send regular photo and video updates (pupdates) to owners throughout the day
  • Track bookings, payments, and billing across all services
  • Work closely with handlers to monitor feeding, medication, health, and behavior for every dog
  • Keep the team aligned across multiple channels and write end-of-day handover reports

  • Working Schedule

    Two rotating shifts: 7:00 AM 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM 7:00 PM, 5 days on / 2 days off (including weekends and public holidays on rotation).

    What We're Looking For

    Must-haves:

    • Able to work in both Thai and English
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Warm, professional communication style - you genuinely enjoy helping people
    • Comfortable with digital tools (Line, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, booking software)
    • Love for animals and comfort working around dogs of all sizes
    • Ability to stay calm and multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience in hospitality, pet care, veterinary, or customer service
    • Experience with reservations or booking software
    • Basic understanding of dog behavior and health
