Frontend Developer

About the Role

You'll be one of the first frontend engineers in a new internal startup within our group, building the tools that power an ecosystem of restaurants, cafs, logistics operations, wholesale coffee, creative agency work, and consulting projects.

Your work will touch everything internal dashboards, staff-facing tools, small apps, automation interfaces, and experimental AI-powered utilities. You'll collaborate closely with backend, data, and operations teams, turning messy real-world problems into clean, simple interfaces that people rely on every day.

We're a fast-moving ecosystem of brands operating across Thailand, with services focused on the Southeast Asia market restaurants, cafs, logistics, wholesale coffee, creative agency work, and F&B consulting. Our new internal tech unit is shaping the systems that connect this entire ecosystem, using AI and modern tooling to build custom apps, workflows, and automations that genuinely move the business.

What You'll Do

• Build internal UIs using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
• Create reusable components and frontend patterns for internal products
• Integrate frontends with REST APIs and internal data sources
• Build small automation scripts (JavaScript/Python) when needed
• Shape the UX of tools used by operators, managers, and staff
• Ensure responsive design and smooth user interactions
• Use AI tools daily for development, styling, and optimisation
• Collaborate closely with backend and data teams
• Contribute to small internal AI experiments and POCs.
• Ship fast, learn fast, iterate fast

Who You Are

• Strong experience with React (Next.js preferred)
• Good CSS/Tailwind and responsive design skills
• Comfortable integrating with APIs
• Some scripting or automation ability (JavaScript or Python)
• Comfortable learning new AI tools and adapting quickly
• Attention to detail, balanced with practicality
• Independent, reliable, and self-organizing
• Strong English communication
• Excited to use AI as part of your workflow (non-negotiable)
• Able to work hybrid in Bangkok and already based in Thailand

Nice to Have

• Experience with dashboards, admin tools, or internal SaaS UIs
• Experience building small AI-driven features, automations, or UI integrations using LLMs
• Exposure to F&B, retail, logistics, inventory, or operational systems
• Basic ability to read/understand Laravel/PHP
• Experience building custom tools or applications
• Comfortable in a small, collaborative team with a builder mindset
• Any personal AI/LLM side projects are a plus.

Salary Range

30,000 70,000 THB/month, depending on experience

Open to juniors and mid-level developers.
