With a fully remote engineering team and a culture that values strong technical thinking, they're now hiring a Frontend Lead to elevate the quality and scalability of their frontend platform.

This role is intentionally hands-on. You'll spend most of your time building product features yourself while guiding a small frontend team and shaping how modern frontend engineering is done across the company.

The platform itself is a cloud-native financial product used by a growing global customer base. The frontend experience is critical it must be fast, intuitive, and capable of evolving quickly as the product scales.

Your focus will be improving frontend performance, raising engineering standards, and increasing delivery velocity. That includes designing maintainable component architecture, introducing robust testing practices, and ensuring the UI layer can scale alongside the product.

The environment is strongly Angular-driven, built with modern TypeScript, reactive programming patterns such as RxJS, and structured state management approaches including NgRx. Engineers work closely with product and design teams, translating Figma concepts into polished, production-grade interfaces.

Beyond writing code, you'll help shape how the frontend team operates. Expect to guide code reviews, mentor engineers, and create the structure that allows the team to move faster without sacrificing quality.
