Job Description
- This position is a Sales Manager role representing Thailand office, as the first employee to be hired in Thailand.
- Your mission is to spread the Crypto Wallet Community in Thailand.
- You will report directly to the Head of Asia, who then reports to the CEO.
- Part of the responsibility will include recruiting and building the Thailand team over time.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to optimise performance and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Crypto industry trends and competitor activities.
