We are seeking a Full-stack Engineer who can think analytically, translate optimization logic into code, and work with evolving requirements. This role is highly challenging, often requiring experimentation, and refinement to reach optimal solutions in logistics and operations.
Job Description
- Translate business requirements into logical specifications by designing optimization logic, brainstorming with the team for coding solutions.
- Develop, test, and refine algorithms for route planning, shipment scheduling, load planning, and logistics efficiency.
- Tackle complex optimization problems that require creativity, experimentation, and refinement to achieve the best possible results.
- Design and implement scalable backend and frontend systems.
- Collaborate closely with product and logistics teams, BA/SA team to turn real-world use cases into working software.
- Contribute to technical decisions, architectural designs, and system performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into logical steps.
- Ability to translate optimization ideas in mind into working code.
- Solid foundation in programming and data structures (competitive programming or similar experience is a plus).
- Ability to effectively prompt and leverage AI tools to handle basic programming tasks, allowing focus on higher-level problem-solving and optimization logic.
- Comfortable working on complex tasks that may require multiple efforts and refinements to reach the best solution.
- Experience in backend development (Node.js, Next.js or similar).
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular or similar).
- Strong Experience with databases (PostgresSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or similar).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
