We are looking for Full Stack Engineers (Junior to Lead level) who are passionate about coding and building highquality systems.
This role focuses heavily on backend development (80%) using Node.js or Go , with frontend development in React .
You will join a strong engineering-driven environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to scalable, high-performing products.
Lead-level candidates will still be hands-on (around 70%) while supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js or Go
- Build and support frontend applications using React
- Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across applications
- Contribute to improving development processes and technical standards
- For Senior/Lead: mentor team members and influence technical decisions
- For Lead: provide technical guidance while remaining hands-on
Qualifications (Junior Lead)
- Experience in backend programming with Node.js or Go
- Experience in frontend development with React
- Strong understanding of modern development practices, Git, APIs, and CI/CD
- Passion for coding and solving technical problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative engineering culture
- English communication: conversational
- Senior/Lead: experience mentoring others and contributing to architecture
- Lead: ability to manage technical direction while coding :70%
