Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer

Contributes across the full software development lifecycle and technology stack, from front-end to back-end, to design, develop, test, integrate, and continuously improve robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

Leverages modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, accelerate learning and delivery, improve code quality, and support continuous technology modernization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and enhance front-end and back-end applications, features, and reusable components while meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop clean, secure, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering standards and best practices.
• Perform unit/integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization to ensure application quality and reliability.Design and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, databases, messaging platforms, and external services.
• Design and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, and data access for efficient and reliable processing.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, developers, DevOps/DevSecOps, QA, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, automated testing, microservices, containerization, and DevSecOps, where applicable.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, code review, debugging, testing, documentation, technical analysis, refactoring, and learning new technologies.
• Continuously improve development practices and responsibly adopt relevant technologies and AI capabilities to enhance productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs / Web Services.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent RDBMS.
• Experience with Git, software testing, debugging, code-quality practices, and application performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and learning agility.

AI LITERACY & AI-ENABLED ENGINEERING

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to leverage AI for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, technical research, refactoring, and learning new technologies.
• Ability to review, validate, and test AI-generated outputs to maintain software quality and reliability.
• Awareness of responsible and secure AI usage, including source-code confidentiality, data privacy, intellectual property, and software security.

ADDITIONAL / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge or experience in Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Kafka, Redis, Cloud, DevOps, or DevSecOps
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services, particularly Lending or Loan Processing systems, is highly advantageous.
