Full Stack Developer (Next.js / Headless CMS)

We're growing fast and we're looking for a Full Stack Developer ready to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage backend systems with Strapi (or similar headless CMS).
- Develop and deploy scalable, high-performance frontend pages with Next.js.
- Design content models, workflows, and user roles.
- Create and integrate APIs with external platforms like HubSpot and AWS.
- Implement secure authentication and permission systems.
- Drive platform performance, scalability, and automation improvements.
- Collaborate with design and business teams on new features.
- Support deployment workflows and basic DevOps tasks.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years experience as a full stack developer.
- Strong skills in React/Next.js and Node.js backend development.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS (preferably Strapi).
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (or other relational databases).
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud hosting (AWS/Vercel).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience with Strapi CMS.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or real estate platforms.
- Building custom automations and internal tooling.
- Expertise in frontend performance optimization.
