About UrbanFlowers

UrbanFlowers is a premium gifting and personalization company based in Bangkok. Alongside our core e-commerce platform, we are building internal product systems and tools under Magellan OS focused on API integrations, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable architecture.

We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer who thinks in systems and uses AI as a daily development tool.

This is not a junior role.

Role Overview

You will work across:

• Customer-facing systems (UrbanFlowers platform)
• Internal product systems (Magellan OS)
• API integrations
• Automation and AI-assisted workflows

We expect you to be comfortable structuring technical problems clearly, breaking systems into components, and building scalable solutions.

You should use AI tools as part of your development workflow not occasionally, but consistently and intelligently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using React and Next.js
• Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems
• Build backend logic and database integrations
• Work with headless WordPress integrations where required
• Architect scalable internal tools and system workflows
• Deploy and manage production systems (Vercel / Node / Docker environment)
• Use AI tools for scaffolding, testing, debugging, and architectural drafting
• Maintain clean, structured, and maintainable codebases

Required Experience

• 36+ years professional full-stack development experience
• Strong React and Next.js expertise
• Experience designing and integrating APIs
• Backend development experience (Node.js or similar)
• Database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent)
• Experience deploying and maintaining production environments

AI Workflow Expectations

You should be comfortable:

• Structuring technical specifications before building
• Using AI tools (Claude, GPT, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) daily
• Validating and refactoring AI-generated code
• Using AI for test scaffolding and architecture drafts
• Understanding when AI output is incorrect

If you do not actively use AI in your workflow, this role is not a fit.
