Tasks
- Lead development of AI apps, automations, and internal tools for global clients
- Architect systems, integrations, and scalable application structures
- Collaborate directly with business & IT stakeholders to design technical solutions
- Mentor and support junior developers and ensure best practices
- Build and maintain Custom Components
- Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security standards
- Develop strategies to extend and improve no-code/low-code integrations
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation
- Stay current with modern development, AI, and automation technologies
- Support planning, estimation, and delivery of projects
Requirements
- Candidates with full working rights for Thailand
- Fluent in English
- 5+ yearsin full-stack development
- Experience in leading a technical team or mentoring developers
- Strong experience designing software architecture for web or mobile
- Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with React is a strong plus
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or Snowflake preferred)
- Strong API design & integration experience
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodology
- Experience with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making
- A master's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
