We are hiring Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack Consultant with experience in cross-functional, international environments. This role offers strong growth opportunities and a healthy worklife balance. More details as below:

Job Summary:

Lead Engineers partner with teams and leadership to design systems, mentor engineers, and drive architectural change. As a Staff Engineer, you'll lead technical direction, adopt new technologies, and elevate engineering standards.

Job Qualifications:

• 12 years+ of experience developing web applications in client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJS, etc., with a minimum of 3 year experiences as a Tech Lead;
• B.S. in Computer Science or quantitative field; M.S. preferred;
• Working experience with agile, analytics, A/B testing and/or feature flags, Continuous Delivery, Trunk-based Development;
• Excellent HTML/CSS skills along with Hands-on work across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and APIs;
• Expertise in client-side performance optimization and modern development standards such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, and TDD;
• Experience with NoSQL databases, messaging systems, containers (Docker/K8s), and CI/CD practices.

Desired Skills:

• Great communication in English and coordination skills;
• Strong knowledge of scalable, resilient system design;
• Exposure to high-scale internet products and data-driven/Big Data environments, object-oriented JavaScript, TypeScript;
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain ownership and responsibility of mission critical systems;
• Be hands on build high volume platforms using cutting-edge technologies like React and GraphQL;
• Mentor and coach other software engineers;
• Be a major contributor to our agile and scrum practices;
• Design and lead crucial technical projects and initiatives cross teams and departments;
• Stay on the leading edge of technical know-how, industry trends and drive technical innovations;
• Proven experience leading teams and greenfield initiatives, building large-scale systems, and delivering global solutions with distributed architecture and localization.
