Full Stack Engineer

About the role

The Pod Engineer(Full Stack Engineer+AI) is a hands-on software engineer working within a small, outcome-focused pod (4–5 engineers) to deliver high-quality software. Operating in an AI-native delivery model, you will leverage AI tools across the SDLC—from requirements analysis and design to code generation, testing, documentation, and optimization—to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and reduce manual effort. As an engineer, you will partner with AI while retaining full accountability for solution correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support software components across backend, frontend, APIs, and integrations.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirements understanding through production deployment.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Amazon Kiro, Claude Code, Cursor) for requirements analysis, code generation, testing, documentation, and release activities.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code aligned with engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, design discussions, Agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Pod Leads and fellow engineers to deliver business outcomes.
• Follow secure coding, governance, data protection, and risk management practices.
• Continuously enhance expertise in modern software engineering, AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and emerging technologies.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, testing, CI/CD, debugging, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Expertise in Java, .NET, or Python with exposure to React, Flutter, PostgreSQL, and Neptune DB.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience in Agile/iterative delivery models.
• Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools and AI-supported testing/documentation.

Desirable Skills / Experience

• 4–6 years of experience working in small, cross-functional squads/pods with shared ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• Passion for leveraging AI-powered tools and practices to enhance software development efficiency and quality
