About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a small, high-ownership engineering team building systems that process large volumes of enterprise data using reliable workflows and AI/LLM capabilities.

You'll work across backend, frontend, data processing and cloud infrastructure, with significant ownership from design to production.

What You'll Do

• Build APIs and backend services using TypeScript/NestJS.
• Develop durable, long-running workflows using Temporal.
• Build interfaces using React + Vite.
• Work with Python for data processing and AI workflows.
• Process large datasets using Polars, DuckDB and Parquet.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis and Azure.
• Build reliable tests and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Contribute to architecture and engineering decisions in a fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-shipped work.
• Strong TypeScript and good working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with backend/API development.
• Good SQL and understanding of real-world data.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, startup-like environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
