Key Responsibilities
- Fullstack System Design & Build: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, end-to-end featuresfrom backend services to responsive frontends using modern technologies.
- AI-Driven Engineering: Master and steer AI-driven development. You won't just use AI assistants (like Copilot, Rocoode, Cline); you will critically guide, correct, and optimize their output to meet our high engineering standards.
- Performance & Scalability: Obsess over performance. Profile, benchmark, and optimize systems to handle massive, high-concurrency workloads.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion best-in-class engineering standards. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Partner with product managers and other units to translate complex business needs into simple, elegant technical solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven Engineering Experience: Both fresh graduates and experienced people are welcome. However you need to have a minimum 3 years of software engineering experience (e.g., direct working experience, complex personal projects, open-source contributions).
- Strong Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a reputable university is required.
- AI-Driven Engineering (Mandatory): This is not about just using AI. This is about your proven ability to correct it. You must demonstrate how you critically review, steer, and take ownership of AI-generated code to ensure its quality, security, and performance.
- Strong CS Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep proficiency in modern, high-level programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C#, Python, Go, React, Vue). We value your ability to build robust fullstack systems and adapt to the right tools, not your knowledge of a specific list.
