Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher and Program Adviser based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons, creating educational plans, teaching students, and supporting their progress in developing communication and public speaking skills. Additional responsibilities include assisting in advising and training educators to implement Deemcee's structured programs successfully. Active involvement in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and educational program development
- Strong skills in Teaching and Training methods
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in education or working with children is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or relevant field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for empowering young learners and cultivating confidence in self-expression
