Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders across core banking domains such as deposits, lending, payments, and treasury.
Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Produce key project artefacts including BRDs, FDDs, process flows, and use cases.
Support functional configuration, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution activities.
Participate in data migration, ensuring data mapping, validation, and reconciliation requirements are met.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and project teams, managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating sign-offs.
Support project governance, change management, training, and user readiness activities.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in core banking implementation or transformation projects.
At least 3 years of experience in a Lead Functional BA or Functional Lead role.
Strong knowledge of core banking domains including deposits, lending, payments, or transaction banking.
Experience delivering at least one end-to-end core banking implementation.
Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
