Job Description

Position : Functional/Technical Support - ERP

Details of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support Oracle Fusion Application ERP (Financial, Procurement, Inventory), EPM ( FCCS)
  • Investigation ERP users issue and advice solution
  • Understanding client solutions with Oracle Tools such as BI Publisher Report, OTBI Report, and FR Report.
  • Understanding/Experiencing in Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS Tools such as ODI, OICS, and JCS.
  • Support Oracle OCI, APEX
  • Works mostly independently within task guidelines established by management.
  • Perform work based on defined processes and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate.
  • Guide users remotely and in person through system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or related fields.
  • Experience in the Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in users/customer support on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Knowledge: PL/SQL, Oracle Form, Oracle Report, Oracle APEX, SQL Tuning, Oracle Database, Data Modeling
  • Knowledge in Oracle tools: BI Publisher Tools, OTBI, FR Report, OICS, ODI,
  • Working experiences from areas of integration, report, or form development.
  • An understanding of software development best practices and a desire to see them implemented.
  • A desire to constantly learn and upskill your abilities.
  • The ability to absorb new technical information and apply it effectively.
  • Able to deal with and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, systematic thinker, fast learner, and willing to contribute and work as a team.
  • Positive attitude and empathy for others.

Bonus Point:

  • Experience in ERP or Supply Chain Management Software Implementation, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft.
  • Experience in developing on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English. (read, write, and speak)
