Fund Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accounting Manager to handle daily fund transactions, NAV calculation, and financial reporting for mutual, private, and provident funds. The role includes managing fund expenses, coordinating with trustees and auditors, and ensuring compliance with SEC and AIMC regulations. Ideal candidates have strong accounting knowledge and can work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Record and verify accounting entries for mutual funds, private funds, and provident funds in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
2. Calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) and daily unit prices, including the subscription and redemption prices, for official publication.
3. Manage fund-related expenses such as trustee fees, custodian fees, and management fees.
4. Process security transactions including purchases, redemptions, conversions, and prepare fair value data of securities held by the fund for NAV calculation.
5. Prepare and execute fund money transfers such as receiving investments or transferring redemption proceeds to unitholders.
6. Prepare cash flow forecasts, withholding tax reports, and P.N.D. (Phor Ngor Dor) reports for submission to the Revenue Department.
7. Coordinate with relevant parties such as trustees, registrars, auditors, and internal departments.
8. Prepare financial statements and provide lead support to the audit team. Coordinating with external auditors by providing relevant documentation
9. Prepare regulatory report (MF01, BOT, AIMC)
10. Ensure that operational processes are properly executed in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in fund accounting.
3. Knowledge of SEC regulations and AIMC guidelines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., HiPort, Bonanza) is a plus.
5. Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
