Fund Finance Manager, Real Estate Fund (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is an international real estate investment fund with a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Fund Finance Manager and the position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external fund administrator to review NAV calculations
• Review and oversight on fund accounting, capital account, fund performance calculation, management fee and incentive fee calculations etc
• Prepare and review financial statements, statutory reporting
• Prepare and review investor reporting
• Monitor cash flow such as investment payments and expense, treasury tasks, review bank reconciliations etc
• Manage audit and tax reporting processes
• Supervise and review team members work
• Other ad-hoc finance related duties when necessary

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of fund accounting and finance experience in Real Estate Fund Investment
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or other accounting qualification
• Strong accounting and finance technical background with good understanding in Real Estate industry
• Experience in supervising team members
