Organisation Skills - Good at managing donors, events, timelines and follow-ups

Target-Orientated - Able to work towards fundraising targets and KPIs.

Integrity & Accountability - Honest, transparent and responsible when handling donorrelationships and funds.

Creativity & Initiative - Able to generate new fundraising ideas andopportunities.

Teamwork - Able to work effectively with management and other departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management or a related discipline
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor management, event planning or non-profit communications
• Experience in the social service or non-profit sector will be advantageous
• Resourceful and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
