Position: FX Country Manager
Location: Remote within Thailand
Employment Type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute market strategies aligned with broader regional or organizational objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to boost client acquisition and enhance partner networks.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team, setting clear performance targets and measurable KPIs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Compliance to launch customized campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics including revenue growth, client activity, and partner engagement.
- Ensure CRM systems and reporting tools are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to increase visibility and strengthen connections.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Thai is a plus.
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Proven success in managing partner networks or affiliates in regional or international contexts.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing small to medium commercial teams.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset with focus on KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
