Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy educational mini-games from concept to release
- Implement game mechanics that align with specific learning objectives
- Optimize games for cross-platform performance (WebGL, iOS, Android, desktop)
- Collaborate with educators, designers, and product managers to integrate feedback and refine gameplay
- Utilize Unity and C# for rapid prototyping and production development
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflow and game features
- Maintain clear documentation and version control throughout the development process
- Contribute to the gamification strategy across the company's product offerings
Skills And Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in game development, with a strong portfolio of shipped titles
- Advanced proficiency in Unity and C#
- Experience developing and optimizing games for multiple platforms (WebGL, iOS, Android, desktop)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Strong understanding of game design principles, especially for educational or serious games
- Ability to work independently and take full creative ownership of projects
