This Games Presenter role is an on-camera position in Ras Al-Khaimah for native/fluent Thai speakers, focused on hosting live games, engaging players, and relocating full-time to the UAE with strong support from the employer.
Role Overview
As a Games Presenter, you will be the onscreen face of live games, delivering an engaging and highquality entertainment experience for online players in line with company standards. You will host games in Thai, maintain a lively and professional presence on camera, and ensure that every session runs smoothly, accurately, and in a fun, playerfocused way.
Responsibilities
- Present live games and activities in front of the camera with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism, following studio procedures and game rules.
- Interact with players in a friendly, engaging manner to keep them entertained and involved throughout the session.
- Maintain a consistent, highquality oncamera performance, adapting your communication style to different audiences when needed.
- Stay focused and accurate under pressure, ensuring that every game is run fairly, smoothly, and according to internal guidelines.
- Continuously improve your presenting skills by applying feedback and participating in training and coaching sessions.
- Demonstrate discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in a 24/7 studio environment operating on rotational shifts.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Thai (C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills, plus English at B2 level for internal communication and training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid passport and all necessary documentation to relocate and work in the UAE (work permit and visa supported by the company).
- Flexibility to work in a threeshift rotational schedule (40 hours per week), including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and precise under pressure while maintaining discretion and a high level of discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, a friendly and engaging personality, and confidence in front of the camera or in other publicfacing roles.
- Previous experience in entertainment, hosting, customer service, or similar roles involving oncamera or facetoface interaction is highly valued.
- Strong communication and camera presence: clear B1/B2 English, confident, friendly, and engaging on screen.
- Professional look: female, under 30, Thaispeaking, wellgroomed, and cameraready.
- Focus and discipline: able to follow strict game rules and studio procedures in a fastpaced 24/7 environment.
