Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
- To conduct gardening duties with care and concern for the environment of the property.
- To work in a timely manner, and follow the work schedule as specified by the hotel.
- To use the tools provided by the hotel in a safe and professional manner, to maintain and look after the tools supplied by the Hotels and correctly deposit them after finishing work.
- To interact with all customers and colleagues professionally.
- To clean all work areas after finishing assigned tasks.
- To report potential dangers as soon as possible.
- To actively participate and contribute to the energy and environmental programs of the hotel, utilize environmentally friendly products in the work place.
- To suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible
