Job description:
- POC and research GenAI and MCP server integration cases to improve SDLC efficiency by embedding them into existing workflows and enterprise platforms.
- Identify opportunities to use GenAI to improve each SDLC phase, such as generating business requirements, drafting application designs, copilot-assisted coding, auto-generating test cases, improving deployment processes, and automating documentation.
- Build or customize MCP servers and internal AI agents to automate end-to-end SDLC workflows, for example automating Scrum and Git workflows across Jira, GitHub, and Confluence (e.g., sprint summaries, PR documentation, release notes).
- Measure and present productivity improvements achieved through GenAI-assisted development.
- Share GenAI best practices and conduct internal training sessions.
- Collaborate across software engineering, testing, UX/UI, application architecture, and DevOps teams to align GenAI adoption with enterprise standards.
- Ensure responsible and secure use of AI tools across the organization.
- Stay updated on GenAI and MCP ecosystem developments and identify new enterprise use cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience across SDLC phases
- Experience background in coding with any language (Java, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript)Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) concepts and how they work with GenAI
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
- Experience building or integrating custom MCP servers or automation tools
- Knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and SDLC best practices
- Proven record of using GenAI tools to improve software delivery efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork across technical and business teams
- Good command of English
