Gen AI Content Architect

Job Description:

• Proven experience in content management, data architecture, and AI technologies
• Design content structures that optimize the usability and retrieval of data by LLMs and RAG systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and RAG systems and their application in business contexts.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Design and maintain a robust data architecture that supports efficient content retrieval and generation.
• Ensure content is optimized for AI consumption, including proper formatting, tagging, and metadata application.
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Azure Repo etc.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, design patterns and algorithm design.
• Strong debug and troubleshooting skills.
• Aware of CI/ CD techniques and tools like Azure Pipeline.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building Azure Cloud solutions.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and data management tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of global content standards and regional data regulations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong debug and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
• Should have worked with Agile Methodologies following SCRUM.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in large-scale deployment projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
