About Position:

• This role is majorly Python backend + Lang Chain + Lang Graph and Streamlit frontend
• Seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to build internal productivity products, including Copilot Agents and AI-enabled applications. You will work across frontend, backend, and integration layers to deliver secure, scalable solutions moving quickly from PoC to production while adhering to enterprise governance and release pipelines.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain end-to-end internal productivity applications (frontend + backend) that integrate AI capabilities and Copilot Agents.
• Develop and deploy Copilot Agents using enterprise-governed environments and promotion pipelines (DEV → UAT → PROD), ensuring compliance with approval and publishing requirements.
• Implement robust integration patterns: identity/auth, connectors, APIs, knowledge sources, and secure enterprise data access.
• Productionize solutions: CI/CD, quality gates, performance improvements, and operational readiness (monitoring/alerts/run books).
• Collaborate closely with Product/PMO and engineers to translate requirements into scalable product features and releases.
• Contribute to governance and standardization: reusable templates, reference implementations, and documented patterns for internal agent/app delivery.

Expertise you will bring:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience 5+ years as a full stack engineer delivering production services at scale.
• Strong experience with backend development (APIs/services), frontend delivery, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working with Copilot Agents / Copilot Studio governance and ALM concepts (solutions packaging, environment separation, promotion).
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and operational practices (monitoring, incident response, basic SRE hygiene)
