Job Description

  • 4–6 years of Hands‑on experience in Gen AI
  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases
  • Build and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Integrate GenAI models with existing applications, APIs, and enterprise systems
  • Fine‑tune and evaluate models for accuracy, performance, cost, and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, platform, data, and security teams
  • Ensure adherence to responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and code reviews
  • Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and industry trend
