General Administration Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production and promotion of graphic and video promotional materials for the business division.

2. Responsible for planning and organizing cultural and publicity activities for the business division.

3. Responsible for photographing, video recording, and post-production editing of business division events and products.

4. Responsible for writing, reviewing, and editing publicity articles and copy.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in video production, advertising, graphic design, or art design.

2. Proficient in office software, with solid report writing, textual organization, and verbal communication skills.

3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in film/television advertising and post-production.

4. Proficient in post-production and graphic design software such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Cinema 4D, etc.

5. Thoroughly familiar with various video and audio file formats, conversion methods, and streaming media encoding/compression techniques.

6. Basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for daily communication is required.

7. Prior experience in corporate culture development work is preferred.
