Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and managing General Affairs and Facility Management functions to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workplace operations. The role also oversees Safety & Health Management, Security Operations, and Regulatory Compliance to support business continuity and organizational governance.
Job Responsibility
General Affairs & Facility Management (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage overall office and facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and security systems.
- Ensure smooth execution of administrative services such as office supplies, equipment, and workspace management.
- Control and maintain company fixed asset inventory and related documentation.
- Supervise General Affairs and Office Administration functions to support daily business operations.
- Implement proper waste management, environmental safety, and sustainability practices.
- Lead, supervise, and develop General Affairs team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor facility budgets, vendor performance, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and monitor the corporate vehicle booking system, ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in good condition for daily operations.
- Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of office stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and visitor badges, ensuring efficiency and full compliance with established procedures.
- Manage and maintain key corporate documents, including company certificates and authorized directors personal identification, while coordinating and providing necessary documentation to requesting departments as required.
- Oversee the corporate document system, managing the distribution and recording of both internal and external correspondence via the E-DMS (Electronic Document Management System). This includes ensuring all actions, such as document destruction, strictly adhere to the company's document policy.
Safety, Security & Compliance Oversight (Secondary Role)
- Develop and implement workplace safety, security, and compliance policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage preventive and corrective actions.
- Organize safety training, emergency drills, and awareness programs.
- Manage emergency preparedness, business continuity, and crisis response.
- Ensure protection of company assets, facilities, and personnel.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and liaison with authorities
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
- At least 57 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Office Administration.
- Experience in managing facilities, vendors, and administrative operations.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage budgets, fixed assets, and operational reports.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in Thai and working-level English.
