JD Young Program Overview

The JD Young Internship Program aims to cultivate young talent by providing opportunities to enhance their professional skills and accelerate their growth. It is also designed to identify highpotential candidates suited for the JD Star Program.

Internship Duration

Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, minimum 3 months internship, available to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee office document reception, classification, filing, and cross-departmental distribution, maintain a clean and organized office environment, and ensure efficient daily administrative operations.
  2. Assist in organizing internal meetings and cross-departmental collaborative activities, including venue booking, agenda preparation, material preparation, writing meeting minutes, distributing meeting notes, and following up on the progress of decisions.
  3. Handle the reception of visiting partners, clients, and colleagues from headquarters, including planning the visit schedule, coordinating meals and accommodations, and presenting the company image through professional service.
  4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment (computers, printers, etc.), manage office supplies inventory, and develop procurement plans according to demand, ensuring sufficient resources and efficient use.
  5. Use bilingual abilities in Chinese and Thai to assist with communication between the Chinese and Thai teams, including document translation and oral interpretation, ensuring accurate information transfer.
  6. Assist the finance team in collecting and organizing various financial receipts, including but not limited to invoices, receipts, reimbursement vouchers, etc., following financial regulations for classification, sorting, and pasting, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of receipts.

Job Requirements

  1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with a preference for students majoring in supply chain, e-commerce, or related fields.
  2. Proficiency in Thai, English and Mandarinis required for effective communication within the team and with customers.
  3. Proficient in office software, familiar with e-commerce platform operations, with relevant experience preferred.
  4. Strong communication, coordination, and learning abilities, with a sense of responsibility, innovation, and teamwork spirit.
