Job Description

Location: Krungthep Kreetha

Job Scopes:

Period End Closing & Reporting

  • Prepare all report support another department.
  • Manage the accounting activities. Provide preliminary reviews and make appropriate adjustment to the company's financial statement to ensure that they are accrued, reliable and in compliance with accounting policies, standards, related tax laws and regulation and are timely submitted, review all accounts reconciliation and coordinate with related to company policy.
  • Responsible for the Financial Statement and month-end closing support auditor & consolidate team & Finance Department & B.Grimm Group (TFRS9, TFRS16, EIR and Defer tax).
  • Responsible for ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Fixed Assets and Inventory

  • Prepare monthly Fixed Assets transactions.
  • Principle Fixed Assets checking for annually.
  • Principle Spare parts checking for annually.

Taxation

  • Manage all taxation matters through the implementation of efficient tax management strategies designed to optimize tax payments while meeting all tax report obligation and both legislative and corporate requirement.
  • Monitor and review tax submission of all Tax for a monthly basis and Corporate Income Tax (P.N.D. 51, P.N.D. 50 & Disclosure form) for annually.
  • Monitor and review all transaction data and report support to Department Business of Development & BOI.

Analysis & Supporting information to the regulators and other departments.

  • Dividend calculation and process approval.
  • ERC report monthly.
  • (. 310) report annually.
  • ( 9) report annually.
  • Carbon Footprints (GHG scope) annually.
  • Depreciation & Fin Cost Amortization support annual budgeting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Higher Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process will be advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of TFRS, IFRS and tax laws.
  • Experience with accounting software and systems such as Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English with native Thai speaking.
  • CPD license will be advantage.
