We are seeking an experienced General Ledger Specialist to join a leading global manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory accounting, and month-end closing, who enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment.
As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate statutory financial reporting, supporting audit activities, managing cash flow analysis.
What You Will Do:
- Lead statutory accounting activities and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow, and working capital to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.
- Review accounting transactions, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and coordinate audit schedules, supporting both internal and external audit activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial controls, streamline accounting processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Serve as the key finance contact for auditors, banks, and relevant government authorities on accounting and compliance matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance accounting processes, reporting quality, and internal controls.
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, system improvements, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting, General Ledger, or Statutory Reporting within an international or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), IFRS, and statutory accounting requirements.
- Experience in preparing financial statements, managing month-end/year-end closing, and supporting external audits.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
