Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to oversee 2 restaurant outlets at Asiatique. This role is ideal for a strong Restaurant Operations Manager who is ready to step up to a GM role and has solid commercial & business mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operations for 2 restaurant outlets
- Lead and manage front-of-house & back-of-house teams, including back-office functions
- Drive sales, profitability, and cost control (labor, food cost, OPEX)
- Own and manage P&L performance
- Develop commercial initiatives to grow revenue and improve customer experience
- Ensure service quality, brand standards, and operational excellence
Key Requirements
- Strong background in restaurant operations (single or multi-outlet)
- Experience managing both FOH, BOH, and back-office
- Solid commercial & business acumen (sales, margin, cost control)
- Ready to step up from Operations Manager / Restaurant Manager to GM level
- Leadership mindset, hands-on, and results-driven
