Lead DHL's Lead Logistics Partner (LLP/4PL) operations (transport control tower, planning, network coordination) to deliver endtoend supply chain visibility, operational excellence, and high service performance for assigned customers.
Accountable for the effective management of the LLP operation and is directly responsible for the daytoday oversight of some assigned key accounts, with a strong emphasis on growth and business development as the LLP portfolio is expected to expand significantly in the coming years.
Ensure strong customer relationships, robust financial performance, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in alignment with DHL's strategies and standards.
Responsible for driving continuous improvement through innovation, digitalization, and systemdriven processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in supply chain, logistics operations, contract management, or 4PL/Lead Logistics Partner environments
Experience in global freight i.e. Sea freight, Airfreight, customs clearance processes as well as domestic transport
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, operational management, and performance governance
Proven track record in continuous improvement, cost optimization, or project delivery
Proficiency in WMS, TMS, ERP systems, and logistics visibility platforms is desirable
Good skills in Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools for performance monitoring and data analysis
Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing teams of various sizes
