Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a General Manager at our office in Bang Phli. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, develop business strategies, and drive the success of various projects. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining client satisfaction, managing budgets, and fostering team collaboration to achieve company goals. Additionally, the General Manager will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the effective execution of the agency's vision.

• Experience in business strategy development and financial planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior in the online space
• Proficiency in managing multi-platform projects and creating cohesive user experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
