We are currently supporting a confidential international automotive manufacturing group in the search for an experienced General Manager – Thailand.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with overall responsibility for a multi-site manufacturing operation, covering operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, finance, HR and safety. The role will work closely with international leadership and will have significant influence across operational performance, financial results, people development and future business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead overall performance across a multi-site manufacturing operation
- Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Take accountability for financial and commercial performance
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and productivity initiatives
- Strengthen manufacturing capability, systems and processes
- Lead and develop a high-performing senior leadership team
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with key customers, suppliers and stakeholders
- Partner with global teams on new product introduction and business growth
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing competitiveness and capacity
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering background
- Extensive experience leading complex manufacturing operations
- Proven experience with P&L / business , commercial performance
- Background in Automotive, OEM, Industrial Manufacturing or related sectors
- Strong Lean / Six Sigma / Operational Excellence experience
