Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our client and lead their premium passenger car service center. If you are passionate about high‑performing imported vehicles and driven by strong business acumen and a customer‑centric approach, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, cost control, and financial KPIs
  • Manage aftersales operations to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs and service standards
  • Improve workshop efficiency, capacity utilization, and process effectiveness
  • Lead warranty operations, approve claims, and resolve product quality issues
  • Oversee parts sourcing, pricing strategy, and availability (OEM & aftermarket)
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship management
  • Plan and execute aftersales marketing and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
  • Lead and develop cross‑functional teams across service, parts, warranty, and marketing
  • Report performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong passion for premium passenger cars and customer experience
  • Solid technical knowledge of both electric vehicles (EVs) and traditional vehicles
  • Proven leadership experience in aftersales, service center, and automotive operations (preferred)
