premium automotive brands. They are looking for passionate professionals to join their management team and deliver the Sheer Driving Pleasure to our premium clientele in Upper Northeast Thailand.
Job Description
- Own full P&L, sales targets, and operational performance for the region
- Lead and inspire large sales and service teams to deliver strong results
- Drive showroom, service, and customer experience to premium standards
- Grow market share and brand presence across Udon Thani and nearby areas
- Maintain high CSI while resolving issues and protecting brand reputation
The Successful Applicant
A successful GM Branch Operation of Udonthani should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in operations, sales, or general management
- Strong background in automotive, preferably luxury or premium brands
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (Thai & English)
