Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Innovation
- Lead the development of new business concepts, store formats, and customer experience initiatives.
- Drive pilot projects from ideation to commercial implementation and scaling.
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative revenue streams.
Strategic Partnership Management
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with local and international brands.
- Develop collaborations that create differentiation and enhance business value.
Product & Category Development
- Lead product and category innovation, including Private Label development.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Sustainability & Brand Value
- Drive Sustainability and CSR initiatives aligned with Gourmet Market's values.
- Create shared value that strengthens brand reputation and supports long-term business growth.
Strategic Project Management
- Oversee strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Online, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Business Administration, Food Industry Management, Food Science, or related fields.
- 20+ years of experience in Retail, Supermarket, Premium Grocery, FMCG, or Business Development.
- Strong business acumen with solid knowledge of P&L, ROI, Margin, and Pricing.
- Proven experience in retail concept development, category management, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
