Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Innovation

  • Lead the development of new business concepts, store formats, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Drive pilot projects from ideation to commercial implementation and scaling.
  • Identify new business opportunities and innovative revenue streams.

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with local and international brands.
  • Develop collaborations that create differentiation and enhance business value.

Product & Category Development

  • Lead product and category innovation, including Private Label development.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Sustainability & Brand Value

  • Drive Sustainability and CSR initiatives aligned with Gourmet Market's values.
  • Create shared value that strengthens brand reputation and supports long-term business growth.

Strategic Project Management

  • Oversee strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Online, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Business Administration, Food Industry Management, Food Science, or related fields.
  • 20+ years of experience in Retail, Supermarket, Premium Grocery, FMCG, or Business Development.
  • Strong business acumen with solid knowledge of P&L, ROI, Margin, and Pricing.
  • Proven experience in retail concept development, category management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
