General Manager – EV Motorcycle Business

We Are Hiring: General Manager – EV Motorcycle Business (Thailand - BKK, Eastern Seaboard)

An exciting opportunity for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to drive the growth of an emerging electric mobility business in Thailand.

This role will lead the overall business direction of an EV motorcycle operation, covering commercial strategy, dealer network expansion, after-sales service, EV ecosystem development, and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across both B2C and B2B segments (fleet, logistics, delivery, government sectors)

• Drive sales growth, market expansion, and dealer/showroom development

• Build and strengthen EV ecosystem initiatives including charging infrastructure, battery management, and after-sales operations

• Lead strategic partnerships and new business models such as leasing, battery swapping, and subscription services

• Oversee operations, supply chain, spare parts management, and technical service standards

• Manage P&L performance, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership

• Collaborate with government and strategic stakeholders on EV-related initiatives and incentives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive, Energy, or related fields (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automotive, EV, mobility, or clean energy industries

• At least 3–5 years in senior leadership or business management roles

• Strong understanding of EV technology, battery systems, and charging infrastructure

• Proven experience in B2B business development and strategic negotiation

• Strong leadership, business acumen, and adaptability in fast-changing industries

• Good command of English (Chinese language capability is a plus)
