Responsibilities:
Retail Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with the brand's vision and business objectives.
- Drive sales, profitability, and market growth through targeted retail initiatives and performance-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing, and CRM teams to enhance in-store experiences, product performance, and brand positioning.
- Oversee store expansion plans, ensuring seamless execution, operational readiness, and compliance with brand standards.
Clientelling & Customer Experience
- Foster a client-centric culture, ensuring every customer experience is personalized, engaging, and reflective of operation service standards.
- Develop and implement clientelling strategies, training retail teams to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Oversee CRM implementation, leveraging client data for personalized communication, retention strategies, and VIP engagement.
- Lead the execution of exclusive brand events, private client appointments, and bespoke shopping experiences to enhance customer loyalty.
Retail Operations & Excellence
- Ensure operational efficiency across all stores, optimizing inventory management, visual merchandising, and store flow for an elevated customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key retail KPIs (sales performance, conversion rates, client retention, operational efficiency) and implement improvement plans.
- Establish and uphold high-performance standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, service expectations, and local regulations.
- Oversee budgeting and P&L management, balancing cost efficiency with operational effectiveness and premium service delivery.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first mindset.
- Implement training programs focused on client telling, product expertise, leadership, and operation service standards.
- Work closely with HR on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to develop strong retail leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, buying, and digital teams to align retail strategies with brand storytelling and omni-channel experiences.
- Work with finance and supply chain teams to optimize operations, resource allocation, and business efficiencies.
- Represent the brands at industry events, networking opportunities, and key stakeholder engagements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field .
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations, with a strong track record in sales, client engagement, and strategic leadership.
- Deep understanding of the retail fashion landscape, customer expectations, and premium service standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing retail teams.
- Proven experience in CRM strategy, client telling, and building customer loyalty.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in retail management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently to oversee multi-location retail operations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
