Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall, including Operations, Customer Service, Commercial and related support functions.
- Drive business performance, operational excellence and sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Lead and develop high-performing management teams through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
- Standardize and continuously improve business processes and operational procedures.
- Strong a collaborative, customer-centric and high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in international freight forwarding, logistics or Ocean Freight.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior management position such as Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Department Manager, Senior Manager or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrated success in leading business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
- Outstanding leadership, people development and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English and Thai communication skills are required.
